Grocera is an online grocery platform currently serving Bahawalpur, offering packaged goods including personal care items (shampoo, soap, hair oils, facewashes, handwashes), household cleaners, and packaged food essentials (rice, cooking oil, ghee, sauces, and more). 2. Eligibility

By using Grocera, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and place orders under applicable law in Pakistan. Orders placed on behalf of minors must be made and supervised by a parent or guardian.

  • Grocera currently delivers within Bahawalpur, with plans to expand to additional cities over time.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Grocera is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of packaged food and personal care products, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must report such issues to Grocera's support team within the timeframe specified on our website, along with relevant proof (such as photos of the product received).
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team; orders already out for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.
